BRIANNE “CIARA” WISELEY

Brianne Ciara Wiseley is the heart and soul behind Zoar, a nonprofit corporation devoted to empowering individuals to rewrite their stories and create lasting impact. Inspired by her own journey of navigating the legal system while enduring domestic violence and living with disabilities, Brianne founded Zoar to address the profound lack of resources available for those seeking more than just survival—a pathway to true transformation.

Throughout her journey, every time Brianne tried to start a business to build a secure future for herself and her daughters, she faced new hurdles. Court fees and legal expenses forced her to sacrifice her dreams, often having to request refunds on business deposits just to cover mounting costs. These experiences opened her eyes to the systemic barriers that make it nearly impossible for those in similar circumstances to truly move forward.

With compassion and a visionary spirit, Brianne designed Zoar to go beyond providing immediate support. The organization focuses on equipping individuals with the tools to not only rebuild their lives but also start businesses, fostering a cycle of empowerment that ripples through families and communities. Brianne’s mission is to create opportunities for others to dream bigger, break barriers, and inspire others to do the same.

Through Zoar, Brianne channels her strength and passion into a movement that believes in the power of lifting others up and giving back. Her journey serves as a reminder that even the most challenging experiences can bloom into something beautiful and life-changing.
