Dr. Joe Raphael is a nationally recognized Integrative Lifestyle Medicine specialist, celebrated for his innovative approach to preventive care, behavioral health, and holistic wellness. He holds dual undergraduate degrees (BA and BS) from St. Mary’s College of California, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University, and a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) specializing in Preventive Care from Loma Linda University.

He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, a Certified Health Education Specialist, and a board-certified Holistic Alternative Psychology Master. With this multidisciplinary expertise, Dr. Raphael leads the way in advancing integrative healthcare solutions.

Dr. Raphael brings over two decades of clinical and operational experience. He has dedicated his career towards purposeful collaborations that transform healthcare. He has been an internationally featured speaker, frequent publisher and featured in syndicated media. His research has been published in major media, medical journals, and textbooks. He has held clinical, research, advisor, consultant, and executive roles in Start-Ups, Software as Service companies, Population Health, Behavioral Medicine, and medical clinics. He is an authority in transforming healthcare through operationalizing Lifestyle as Medicine solutions. He has had successful collaborations in psychiatry, sports medicine, addiction medicine, behavioral medicine, gastroenterology, cardiology, and neurology.

In addition to his leadership, Dr. Raphael has served as a specialist in family court, provided expert evaluations and therapeutic recommendations in highly sensitive family law matters.

In 2013, Dr. Raphael met Brianne Ciara Wiseley. They shared a commitment to integrative wellness and holistic care. They continue to have a lasting relationship towards philanthropy, education, enabling, and empowering individuals on their journal towards positive whole health well-being.
