NICOLE COX
My journey to becoming a family law coach has been shaped by a diverse range of personal and professional experiences. Raised in Idaho, I began my undergraduate studies in Portland before earning a master’s degree in counseling. This foundation led me to work extensively with families and children with disabilities in underserved communities before advancing my career as a certified divorce mediator.
Throughout my career, I facilitated high-net-worth divorce mediations across the Northwest and California, which inspired me to further my education and earn my J.D. During this time, I also worked in the workers’ compensation sector before fully transitioning into family law coaching.
As a non-practicing attorney and devoted single mother, I bring both legal expertise and personal insight to the challenges families face. I continuously stay connected to legal developments and embrace lifelong learning. Recently, I became certified in Narcissistic Personality Disorder Coaching and attained certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
My work is driven by passion and experience, blending legal knowledge with psychological insight to help individuals make informed decisions during some of life’s most difficult transitions. Above all, I am dedicated to providing clear guidance and emotional support, empowering my clients to move forward with confidence and clarity.
"I am an attorney with a split practice between federal white-collar crime and domestic relations. I had an extremely high-conflict family law case that had been mired in a lack of progress for two years. After consulting with Nicole, she provided me with a few key strategies that, while uncommon in the state where I practice, proved invaluable. One of her suggestions led to a major breakthrough almost immediately after implementing it. She was worth every penny spent, and I plan to continue working with her on my most challenging cases that require an outside perspective."
